A clear scope, honest pricing and realistic expectations. We do not promise a bond outcome that may depend on damage, wear and tear, maintenance or the final inspection decision.

Clean Execution.How will the clean be carried out?

We work to the confirmed scope and raise relevant access or condition issues as they appear. If additional work is needed, we explain it before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

Clean Experience.Will communication stop after I book?

No. Communication is part of the service. We stay contactable, keep relevant details clear and can provide invoices, receipts and cleaning documentation when required.

Clean Results.What if the property manager raises something afterwards?

If it relates to the agreed cleaning scope, we will review it and respond appropriately. Permanent staining, damage, deterioration, maintenance issues and items outside scope are assessed separately.
